Processing Time All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 5–14 business days
- International (EU, UK, AU, etc.): 10–21 business days
Tracking If tracking has been purchased, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. BattleBond is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at battlebond.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
